Method

Scoring & mitigation model

Score: User reach + Business severity + Process/role change + Capability gap + Red flag modifier.
Impact: High = 11+, Medium = 6–10, Low = 1–5, TBA = missing minimum assessment. A critical severity combined with a red flag is treated as High.
Mitigation logic: communication is recommended for all assessed changes; learning material is recommended for medium/high impact or capability/process gaps; training is recommended for high impact, major/critical severity, or high capability gap; sponsor review and hypercare are triggered for high-risk conditions.
